As Account Manager Associations (f/m/d) you will be part of the Community and Sales Team, at a German work location with home office option. The Community and Sales Team looks after our business and private customers and is their first point of contact. This is also where offers are developed together with our customers in order to use our marketing services and products profitably for the customer.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • You are responsible for the acquisition and support of existing and new customers from the field of outdoor clubs and associations.
  • In doing so, you are the "first point of contact" both internally and externally for our Business Type Associations: https://business.outdooractive.com/associations .
  • You will develop new sales strategies and implement them independently in close cooperation with the sales management.
  • You will look after our customers from the outdoor association and federation landscape, both in the digitally supported day-to-day business as well as on site and at training courses.
  • You identify the needs and wishes of our customers and communicate these to the team.

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • You have relevant experience in the work of clubs and/or associations, ideally with an outdoor focus.
  • You are familiar with the Outdooractive app for end customers, plan your own tours with it, are enthusiastic about it and enjoy explaining it to your counterpart.
  • Ideally, you bring along industry-specific relationship networks within the outdoor-related club and association landscape.
  • You are flexible, willing to travel, communicative, self-confident and know how to inspire others.
  • You have a high passion for outdoor sports and innovative technologies.
