As Partner Success Manager (f/m/d) at our headquarters in Immenstadt im Allgäu, you will be part of the Partner Success Management team, which plays an important role in the Outdooractive Group with its wide range of tasks. This is where the co-operation with our worldwide partners is initiated and strategically and operationally implemented.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • As Partner Success Manager, you will act as the point of contact for our partners (subsidiaries, resellers, sales channels for subscriptions and others) and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that partners have a great experience from acquisition to the publication of their first own content.
  • You support our partners so that they can utilize the full potential of Outdooractive.
  • You will also be responsible for expanding the partner network, constantly scanning the market for new potential partners and making targeted contact.
  • You will recognize and develop new sales, communication and marketing strategies and implement them independently.
  • You will create product and training material and concepts tailored to the target group, which you will also manage and implement operationally.
  • You will independently carry out tasks relating to billing and contracts with our partners.
  • You will track the performance of partner content and proactively recognize opportunities to improve it
  • You will work closely with management and internal departments and will also be responsible for the front office.

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics.
  • You have professional experience, for example in the areas of tourism, project management, finance, law, procurement and sales.
  • You have knowledge of all MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel.
  • You have a strong understanding of figures and an analytical and conceptual way of thinking.
  • You are characterized by a very high degree of accuracy, diligence and reliability as well as an extremely structured way of working.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a self-confident manner round off your profile.
  • You are also business fluent in English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
