Assistant (f/m/d) to the Executive Board (CEO)

As an assistant (f/m/d) to the CEO, you will be part of the administration team at our headquarters in Immenstadt im Allgäu. With its many different areas of responsibility, it forms the backbone of our company. This is where all processes for planning, control, administration, documentation and cost accounting of Outdooractive come together.
Your new job at Outdooractive entails
- In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing the CEO's daily operations by setting priorities, monitoring planning processes, and ensuring efficient organization.
- Your organizational skills and initiative will create space for strategic decision-making and guarantee seamless workflows—your support is crucial to success.
- You will act as the extended hand of the CEO, taking responsibility for the modern management of all administrative and organizational requests.
- You will handle national and international correspondence in German and English and manage office and travel arrangements.
- You will work closely with C-level management on various projects and will be responsible for preparing presentations, reports, and decision-making documents.
- You will assist in the organization of trade fairs and help with the preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- You will serve as the primary contact person for external business partners, executives, and employees.
What Outdooractive expects from you
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration or a related field.
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Board Assistant, or in a Business Development-related secretarial role.
- You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Experience in working with associations or NGOs is an advantage.
- You take on a proactive and forward-thinking role by putting yourself in the perspective of the CEO and anticipating the implications of your decisions.
- You have a confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities.
- Your strengths include organizational talent, a high level of responsibility, reliability, flexibility, an independent work style, and strong problem-solving skills.
- You also have a passion for outdoor activities and innovative technologies.
