As Research Manager and Project Assistant (f/m/d) you will be part of the Research Team at our headquarters in Immenstadt im Allgäu, which plays an important role in the Outdooractive Group with its diverse areas of responsibility. Here, research projects in the field of tourism and digital innovations are initiated, controlled and operationally implemented.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • As a Research Manager and Project Assistant (f/m/d), you will provide operational support in the administrative preparation and follow-up of funding projects and be actively involved in their planning, organization and implementation.
  • Initially, you will take on tasks in connection with funding projects in order to relieve our senior researchers in a targeted manner and gradually take on your own projects independently.
  • In doing so, you will take on tasks related to funding research, application, documentation and other administrative correspondence.
  • They are actively involved in the cost and resource planning of funding projects.
  • You will prepare where-used lists for funding from the various data sources and process them as part of project controlling.

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or an apprenticeship.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the funding landscape at state, federal and EU level.
  • You have knowledge of all MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • You have a strong understanding of numbers and an analytical and conceptual way of thinking.
  • You are characterised by a very high degree of accuracy, diligence and reliability as well as an extremely structured way of working.
  • Strong communication skills, organisational talent and a self-confident appearance round off your profile.
  • You also have a good command of English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
