Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)

As Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) you will be part of the Business Solutions department at our head office in Immenstadt im Allgäu. Here you will look after both our target group-specific business solutions and the business customers themselves with their projects. The range of these projects covers the entire portfolio of our company, so you will also be an important interface between our customers and the in-house specialist departments.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • Your task is to actively support and develop existing customers with the aim of building and maintaining sustainable and successful customer relationships.
  • You will be responsible for the successful implementation and management of digital customer projects in the area of customer success and the preparation of project status reports.
  • You will ensure the continuous optimisation and expansion of existing customer solutions.
  • You will identify potential for upselling and cross-selling in order to create additional added value for customers.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to exceed customer requirements and expectations and maximise the use of our platform.
  • You will advise and train our customers in the use of our products and services and proactively develop solutions to achieve their goals.

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, marketing, tourism or similar).
  • You have initial professional experience in customer success management, account management or a comparable position, preferably in the tourism industry.
  • You are experienced in dealing with digital products, data interfaces and managing projects, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way.
  • You work independently and proactively and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
  • You are passionate about outdoor sports and innovative technologies.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English.
