Customer Centric Data Manager (f/m/d)

As a Customer Centric Data Manager (f/m/d) you will be part of the "Platform Performance" team at our headquarters in Immenstadt im Allgäu. You will be responsible for our digital B2B sales process, lead generation, marketing automation and 360-degree data analysis of our B2B and B2C channels.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • You optimise and derive potential from the customer journeys of our B2B customers with a focus on customer data management and customer data quality in the digital and analogue sales process.
  • You are responsible for our global CRM application and the connection of the CRM system with the Outdooractive platform and our ERP system.
  • You support all tasks to manage and optimise customer master data, ensure internal service quality standards and demand these from internal stakeholders.
  • You understand the functional and technical aspects of central applications and act as a competent interface and single point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • You coordinate the strategic, functional and technical implementation of projects in the application landscape, including requirements management, customising topics, change and configuration management and the creation of necessary documentation for the applications and processes supported.
  • You will actively drive the further development of our "Platform Performance" team and ensure the professional and methodological development of expertise.

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have relevant professional experience with knowledge of customer experience approaches and processes in the areas of digital sales and modelling of customer journeys and are always looking to improve and learn new things.
  • You have knowledge of digital project management and agile methods
  • You think holistically, integratively and digitally, "out of the box" and are a real problem solver.
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You are a team player - responsible, communicative, independent, detail-orientated and know how to inspire others.
  • You are confident in stakeholder management and can weigh up different interests, mediate and find solutions.
  • You are also characterised by a strong hands-on mentality.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English.
