Customer Service Manager (f/m/d)

As Customer Service Manager (f/m/d) you will be part of the Business Solutions department at our head office in Immenstadt im Allgäu. Here you will look after both our target group-specific business solutions and the business customers themselves with their projects. The range of these projects covers the entire portfolio of our company, so you will also be an important interface between our customers and the in-house specialist departments.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • You will be responsible for implementing customer projects and processing customer enquiries via our ticket system and by telephone.
  • You will ensure that customer enquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • You will work with various internal teams to resolve customers' technical or content-related concerns.
  • You will proactively communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and pass on feedback to the team.
  • You will support the improvement of internal processes to increase service quality.

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • You have relevant experience in customer service and ideally in dealing with a ticket system and telephone support.
  • You have completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field (e.g. commercial training, business administration, IT).
  • You have good IT skills and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with digital tools.
  • You have strong communication skills, are a team player and enjoy direct customer contact.
  • You are customer-orientated and have the ability to work on problems in a solution-oriented and efficient manner.
  • You are passionate about outdoor sports and innovative technologies.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English.
