International Business Development Manager – Market and Partner Expansion (m/f/d)

As the International Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for further expanding Outdooractive's global partner network. You will research, identify, and recruit new international partners for the distribution of Outdooractive platform products. Together, we aim to make Outdooractive the largest outdoor platform in the world!

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • You are a proactive “doer” and will be responsible for driving our growth initiatives in new markets and geographical expansions.
  • You will identify and recruit new partners (e.g. resellers, agencies) in Europe and globally.
  • You will enable these new partners to implement Outdooractive’s strategic solutions, in collaboration with our partner management team.
  • You will develop existing partnerships.
  • You will build, align, execute, and achieve joint Go-To-Market activities with partners.
  • You are responsible for commercial management and partner reporting.
  • You will develop, align, execute, and achieve joint business plans with partners.
  • You will identify further revenue potential in these new strategic areas.
  • You will consult and support our partners through specific sales cycles and market activities.
  • You will represent Outdooractive at events and trade fairs.

  • Experience in business development, management, and administration.
  • Experience in the tourism or outdoor sports industry.
  • Experience in web and digital marketing.
  • Advantageous: Technical knowledge (e.g. interfaces, scripts).
  • Your confident and professional demeanor in telephone and face-to-face discussions with decision-makers is a key asset.
  • You are fluent, confident and precisely in German and English, both spoken and written, and have additional language skills necessary to succeed in international markets.
