Internationalisation Manager (f/m/d)

As Internationalisation Manager (f/m/d) you will join the B2C team at our headquarters in Immenstadt. The B2C team promotes the Outdooractive platform and develops business opportunities in specific countries through a mix of content generation, partnerships and collaborations, social media and maintaining a variety of international languages.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • You will be responsible for the further development and management of Outdooractive's localisation and internationalisation goals.
  • Part of your role is to manage and streamline translation workflows across both the B2C and B2B lines of business to deliver and maintain localized digital platforms (including apps) for a number of languages. You will also be responsible for overseeing the translation of system keys, marketing material, social media posts, push notifications, newsletters, campaign landing pages, and white-label products.
  • You will coordinate directly with the Product, Development, and Marketing Teams, and account managers, to ensure the translation team meets strict deadlines for the roll-out of new features, or the launch of client projects.
  • The role also requires you to research and develop new market opportunities using data points with the aim of building and expanding Outdooractive's international presence. Key aims will be to find local resellers and drive traffic through focused, SEO-optimized content in Outdooractive's Travel Guide, as well as engaging in networking opportunities.
  • You will manage all documentation, training and onboarding.

  • You have a university degree or relevant training and professional experience, preferably in an international environment with a communications focus.
  • You are dynamic, self-confident and have very good communication and writing skills.
  • Your working style is characterised by independence, personal responsibility, professionalism and commitment.
  • You have a passion for nature, technology and innovation.
  • In addition to your native language, you communicate confidently in English. Other language skills are an advantage.
