As an IT System Administrator (f/m/d) at our headquarters in Immenstadt im Allgäu, you will be part of the Administration team, which forms the backbone of our company with its wide range of tasks. This is where all of Outdooractive's planning, control, administration, documentation and cost accounting processes come together.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • As an Administrator (m/f/d) for Microsoft & Infrastructure, your focus will be on the administration of our hybrid Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, MS Exchange) and the secure operation of the systems in our VMware environment.
  • You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and support of Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint.
  • You will ensure the IT operation of our infrastructure and services through monitoring, patch, vulnerability and lifecycle management as well as continuous optimisation.
  • Your tasks will include managing the LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure including firewall (Fortigate and Sophos), VPN, virus scanner and spam filtering.
  • You will rectify faults in the managed systems and coordinate our external service providers.
  • You will be responsible for managing data backup, archiving and recovery.
  • You will be responsible for client hardware management and asset management.

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • You are a certified Microsoft MS 365 system administrator and have a sound IT system administrator qualification.
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality and you are a pragmatic self-starter, work independently and autonomously and have problem-solving skills.
  • You have support experience in MS 365 applications as well as in complex and larger system landscapes.
  • Experience with centralised software distribution systems and mobile device management platforms is an advantage.
  • You can analyse and categorise problems in a targeted manner and have very good communication skills.
  • You have a passion for nature, technology and innovation.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English. Other language skills are an advantage.
