As Sales and Partner Manager Camping (f/m/d), you will be part of the Customer Success and Sales team, based in Germany with the option to work from home. The Customer Success and Sales team looks after our business customers and is their first point of contact. Together with our customers, offers are also developed here in order to utilise our marketing services and products profitably for the customer.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • You will be responsible for acquiring and supporting existing and new customers from the campsite and motorhome pitch sector and act as a consultant for campsite operators, agencies and sales partners from the camping industry.
  • They are the "first point of contact" for our camping business type, both internally and externally.
  • They ensure that our products are further developed for customers in the camping industry in a target group-orientated manner.
  • You will develop new sales and service strategies and workflows and implement these independently in close cooperation with the sales management.
  • You will create product and training material tailored to the target group and develop training concepts, which you will also manage and implement operationally.
  • You will support our customers from the camping industry, both in digitally supported day-to-day business as well as on site and at training courses.
  • You identify the needs and wishes of our customers and communicate these to the team.

  • You have relevant experience in the camping, hospitality and/or tourism industry.
  • You are familiar with the Outdooractive app for end customers, plan your own tours with it, are enthusiastic about it and enjoy explaining it to your counterpart.
  • Ideally, you have industry-specific relationship networks within the camping industry.
  • You are flexible, willing to travel, communicative, self-confident and know how to inspire others.
  • You are passionate about outdoor sports and innovative technologies.
