Technical Project Manager (f/m/d)

As a Technical Project Manager (f/m/d) at our headquarters in Immenstadt in Allgäu, you will be part of the you will be part of the Customer Success Team within our Business Solutions department. This department is responsible for both our target group-specific business solutions and the support of our business customers with their projects. The range of these projects covers our entire portfolio, making you an important link between our customers and our internal specialist departments.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • Supporting and advising B2B customers in the use of our SaaS products and interface solutions
  • Analyzing technical requirements and coordinating with internal teams
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting in collaboration with the IT teams
  • Training and assisting customers with technical inquiries
  • Contributing to the improvement of internal processes to enhance service quality

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus).
  • You possess strong IT knowledge with the ability to quickly adapt to digital tools.
  • You have a technical understanding, particularly in APIs, data integration, web technologies, and SaaS solutions.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, and enjoy direct customer interaction.
  • You are customer-oriented and capable of solving problems efficiently and solution-focused.
  • An independent, structured, and proactive working style comes naturally to you.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
