Assistance (f/m/d) to the management (CEO)

As an assistant (f/m/d) to the management (CEO), you will be part of the administration team at our headquarters in Immenstadt im Allgäu. With its many different areas of responsibility, it forms the backbone of our company. This is where all processes for planning, control, administration, documentation and cost accounting of Outdooractive come together.

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • You are responsible for the modern management of all administrative and organizational issues of the CEO and take over all assistant duties in this context.
  • You handle national and international correspondence of all kinds, in German and English, and are responsible for office and travel management.
  • You work on various projects in close cooperation with the C-level-management and are responsible for the content of presentations, evaluations and decision papers.
  • You assist in the organization of trade fairs and the preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, appointments and sessions.
  • You are the first point of contact (f/m/d) for external business partners, managers and employees.

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant professional experience, ideally as a finance department secretary.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
  • You are also confident in using MS Office.
  • You are self-confident and have excellent negotiating skills.
  • You are an organizational talent, reliable, flexible and independent, which characterizes your way of working.
  • Furthermore, you have a great passion for outdoor sports and innovative technologies.
