Junior Specialist Customer Success & Sales (f/m/d)

As an employee in Customer Success & Sales (f/m/d), you will be part of the Business Solutions team in our Zurich office. The Business Solutions team sells the Outdooractive platform products to business customers in Switzerland, implements customer projects and provides 1st and 2nd level support.   We are looking for a qualified specialist to join our team. You will support the sales force as well as the project management team and answer customer and prospective customer enquiries. 

Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • Develop and maintain sustainable customer relationships through proactive communication and first-class customer service.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining the customer database and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Carrying out product presentations and training for customers.
  • Processing and responding to customer enquiries.
  • Assisting with the creation and dispatch of newsletters and sales materials.
  • Analysing customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Working closely with various teams (e.g. marketing, product management) to optimise the customer experience.

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • Basic interest and very good knowledge of digital tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and common newsletter tools. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is ideal.
  • Expertise in the Swiss tourism environment and a strong interest in outdoor activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • A high level of organisational skills, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English. Other Swiss national languages are an advantage.
