As Team Lead Customer Success (m/f/d) you will lead our Customer Success Team in Immenstadt (Allgäu). The Customer Success Team looks after our customers from various industries and is responsible for their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Your new job at Outdooractive entails
- As Team Lead Customer Success, you will establish an effective customer care system and lead a team of Customer Success Managers.
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure smooth collaboration. You will analyse the needs and goals of our customers, develop individual customer care strategies and implement them successfully.
- You will play a key role in the development and implementation of customer loyalty and customer satisfaction measures.
- You will work closely with our sales, marketing and product teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.

- You have completed training or a degree in business administration, marketing or a similar field.
- You have several years of professional experience in customer service, ideally in the SaaS or technology environment.
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships.
- You are a team player and can motivate and lead your team.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and are goal-orientated.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
- You are passionate about outdoor sports and innovative technologies.
